We’ve all been through that before.
That time where you just don’t want to talk to anyone. You shut yourself down and are on the verge of crying your eyes out. You distance yourself from the people who actually care about you and you start to unintentionally push them away. You ignore their texts and calls and just turn off your phone to avoid any explanations. You tell people you’re okay, when all you need is for them to comfort you. It’s just a thought/feeling I can’t really explain.
